OFF THE RECORD review of some of todays headlines….
1. Crime against women (sexual) rose in 2016
युती होणार की नाही, हा महाराष्ट्राचा सगळ्यात महत्वाचा प्रश्न उरला असून, मीडियाने धारण केलेले हे रूप बघून मन अस्वस्थ होत. अरे, काय करणार युती झाली तर? युती झाली तर काय आपल्या बँकेत पैसे येणार का? आणि जर युती नाही झाली तर उद्धव ठाकरे आणि देवेंद्र फडणवीस राजकीय जीवनाला राम राम ठोकणार का? काय लावलंय पेपर आणि चॅनेलवालयांनी ? कोणता हि पेपर घ्या किंवा कोणताही चॅनेल लावा–युती होणार कि नाही? इकडे देवेंद्र फडणवीस काय बोलले, तिकडे उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी होकार दिला… काय करायचे आहे आपल्याला? मला तर वाटते, कि हे राजकीय पक्ष किंवा त्यांना चालवणारे जाणून बुजून हे सगळे करतात किंवा करवून घेतात… काय करायचे आहे हे आधीच ठरलेले असते, फक्त मीडिया हाईप तयार घ्यायची… मी एक सांगतो, युती हो किंवा नाही..आपल्या मुंबईची आई-बहीण सगळेच पक्ष करणार, हे लक्षात ठेवा…आजच्या हिंदुस्तान टाईम्सचे फ्रंट पेज वाचा– २. १९ लाख कोटींपैकी फक्त १८% शिवसेने आपल्या इन्फ्रास्ट्रकचर वर खर्च केला आहे…किती नालायक आहेत हे लोक… तरीही आपण त्यांनाच निवडून देणार— जे काही नवाब मलिक बोलले त्यात तथ्य आहे बरं का…कोणती पण समिती असू द्या…सरकार किंवा नागरपालिकेमध्ये सगळंच आधीच ठरलेलं असत… हिस्से ठरलेले असतात… एखाद प्रकरण केव्हा बाहेर निघतं… जेव्हा टक्क्यांवरून भांडण लागतात… तर मित्रहो, काही काळजी करू नका आणि जास्त पेपर वाचू नका… हे आमच्या सुगीचे दिवस–जो जे चॅनेल किंवा किंवा पेपर बाजू मांडताना दिसेल, त्याचा पेपर किंवा चॅनेल तेवढा पैसे आणणारया आहे– सो… टेक इट इझी!
खरी बातमी ही आहे— २०१६ मध्ये स्त्रियांवरचे अत्याचार मागच्या काही वर्षांपासून वाढले आहे.. यात काळजी करण्याचे कारण आहे.. एकीकडॆ आपण पाश्चिमात्य संस्कृतीला जवळ पण करतो, मग त्याचे हे तोटे का नाही केले पाहिजे? ह्या विषयावर मीडियाने सविस्तर चर्चा घडवली पाहिजे किंवा हे पेपरवाल्यानी अशी प्रकरण लावून धरली पाहिजे– महत्वाचे विषय (ज्यात पैसे नाही) ते हे लोक दूर ठेवतात आणि युती होणार कि नाही किंवा आता टाटा कंपनाची नवीन बॉस एक नॉन पारशी यावर टाईम्स ऑफ इंडिया अख्ख पण लिहितो…काय येडं समजलेत का आम्हला?
2. Nawab Malik & Ashish Shelar
अहो, नावाबभाई सरकार तुमचे होते … २ लाख कोटी काय आशिष शेलारांनी आणि कंपनी आज कमावले का? २२ वर्षांपासून राखीव असलेले भूखंड हेरून हा घोटाळा सुधार समितीमार्फत केल्याचे तुमचे आरोप आहेत… अहो, तुम्ही मुंबईचे आहात ना? तुमचे आयुक्त इथे बसून गेलेत ना? मग तुम्हला या इतक्या मोठ्या प्रकरणाची चाहूल पण लागत नाही, यावर मला काहीशी शंकाच आहे बुवा… तुमचा भाऊ पण नगरसेवक ना… हो तोच गुंड ज्याच्याशी तुमचे जमत नाही… असो.. प्रकरण गंभीर आहे… आपण यात दोनही बाजू तपासून घेऊया– आशिष शेलार यांना तुम्ही का टार्गेट केले असावे? यात बाबा सिद्दीकीने तुम्हला केवढी मदत केली? बाबाने अख्ख आयुष्य फक्त इतर लोकांचे भुकंड हडपून, अंडरवर्ल्डची मदत घेऊन, शिव्या शाप खात राजकारण केले…त्याने हे प्रकरण तुमच्याकडे पोहचवण्याचे काम केलेले दिसते.. चला असं गृहीत धरूया कि तुम्ही हे प्रकरण काढलंय आणि आता याला लावून धरणार… मग माझा भाबडा प्रश्न… आज पर्यंत तुम्ही इतक्या प्रेस घेतल्या, एवढे आरोप लावले–मला एक प्रकरण दाखवावे ज्यात तुम्ही शेवटपर्यंत लढलात आणि त्यात तुम्हाला यश मिळालं– नुसते ब्लॅकमेलिंग करून चालत नाही नावाबभाई– एक दोन जेष्ठ इंग्रजी पेपर चे संपादक (ज्यांचे आता माफिया राज मंत्रालयात संपला आहे) हाताशी धरून तुम्ही आरोप करता…का आम्ही तुमच्यावर विश्वास ठेवायचा? दुसऱ्या बाजूने जर विचार केला तर हा आरोप गंभीर आहे– मग का मात्र शेलारांनी स्वतःच अँटी करप्शनकडे जाऊन या प्रकरणात चौकशीची मागणी केली असावी?.. नावाबभाई, काय करायचे तुम्हाला सांगतो–अगदी परफेक्ट कागदपत्र असतील आणि त्यात शेलारांचे अगदी उघडपणे संबंध असतील तर ते ताबडतोब मुख्यमंत्र्यांकडे सुपूर्द करा… आणि उरलेले जी भूखंड आहेत त्याचे पेपर घेऊन गौतम चॅटर्जी आणि आयुक्त अजय मेहता यांच्याकडे जा… डी..पी.. मध्ये बदल करायचा असेल तर अगदी शेवटची संधी आहे.. कारण मार्च मध्ये तो सभागृहात जाणार– जिथे अन्याय वाटतो, चला त्याला तरी तुम्ही अच्छे दिन आणून द्या…
3. महात्मा गांधी यांना हटवून नरेंद्र मोदी यांना स्थान
चरख्यावर सूत कातणारे गांधीजींचे चित्र यंदाच्या ग्रामोउद्द्योगच्या दिनदर्शिकेवर पाहून–मोदी जिंकले–मोदी जिंकले असा आवाज माझ्या अंतःकरणातून आला… हेच मोदींचे स्वप्न होते… आज एका दिनदर्शिकेवर हा फोटो बदलण्यात आला आहे–उद्या नोटांवर सुद्धा चित्र बदलले तर आश्चर्य वाटवून घेऊ नका… मोदींना इतिहासात जायचे आहे…

Will the BJP & Shivsena come together or no is the only thing which is bothering Maharashtra’s development right? Of course I get this feeling after reading so many papers & watching daily news channels in regard to the upcoming BMC elections… Boss what is this? If they come together, will there be any secret deposits coming in all our Bank accounts? Oh if they don’t fight the elections together will Devendra Fadnavis or Uddhav Thackrey quit politics…Pleasee!!!! Give me a break….I feel all this is done ON PURPOSE by the parties involved or going in elections…they surely know how to create the hype through Media… Friends, if they come together or even if they don’t, you think will Mumbai be spared from bad roads & corruption? Read today’s Hindustan Times…Out of 2.19 L crore in last 10 years allotted the BMC has spent only 18% on our infrastructure…they play with our emotions….Yesterday while blaming Ashish Shelar for rampant corruption in the BMC, Nawab Malik said a very important thing…that everything in BMC or government is always planned…nothing happens out of the box…So readers take it easy…if the BJP or Sena come together is not going to hamper your chances of winning gold in the future…haha..for media these are our days wherein we make some moolah…so let us waste our pages & pages of newspapers and prime time on channels to earn some money…Else why you think today Times of India has dedicated one full front page just to say, Tata will have a non-parsi CEO …
The real news is that crime against women (molestation) has risen drastically in 2016 as compared to last few years..We should rather concentrate as to how to make our society less animalistic….
2. Nawab Malik & Ashish Shelar
Nawabbhai, how on earth can Ashish Shelar take Rs. 2 L crore scam home and not anyone having slightest of hint about it? You people were ruling the state right for last 15 years? SO obviously the Commissioner & 4 AMC’s were your close “associates”? Dint they smell the rat? I do not believe this…Or was this alleged scam handed over to you by Baba Siddique? At the end, you are very good friend right? But tell me in all honesty, till now you have unearth several scams through your press conferences, tell me one scam which you have fought till the end? Forget fighting tell me one scam which you have taken to its logical end…That does not mean we give befit of doubt to Mr. Shelar. I fail to understand as to why Ashish Shelar went to the Anti Corruption and asked for am enquiry in the whole episode. No criminal gives permission to probe right? Anyway, lets be logical here. Mr. Malik if you have enough & concrete evidences against Shelar please hand it over to the Chief Minister. And again if ou want to save some plots the committee headed by Gautam Chatterjee is almost in last leg of correction of the DP. Please approach him and get your work done..
