1. Our senior most journalist Appa is celebrating his 75th Birthday today. But as I could recall & confirmed by a senior journo, in 1996, he had celebrated his 60th birthday and then Chief Minister Manohar Joshi had graced the event at Appa’s village. So technically Appa is 80 years old today. Then how come his well-wishers have organised a function for his 75th birthday? CM Devendra Fadnavis will be present to grace the occasion again today. 2. “Mukhyamantri Vaidakiy Sahyata Nidhi” is a branch of the CMO wherein needy patients who cannot afford treatments are given financial assistance to the needy through Corporate’s CSR. But if sources to be believed, there is a big time racket working under a Principal Secretary (Mr. Foreigner) from the 7th floor of this branch. One Mr. Shetye, who looks after this department is the boss. His relative/ partner who is one of our very own journalist from the TV fraternity are equal partners in crime. The modus operandi– this team has deputed some people on the train stations to identify people who come with various medical requirements from all over Maharashtra. These racketiers meet these needy people, promise them treatment but against a small % of cut in the help, they will receive from any Corporate. Accordingly paper works are managed and request letters are shot from the 7th floor. Help reaches the needy and a cut is made which is shared. Also last heard accounts officer some Mrs. PATIL had launched a staunch agitation against this Principal Secretary and Shetye. But, as usual she was sent back to her parent department in Thane somewhere. Now what we hear, she has filed a 3 page detailing report with the PMO on the working style of our CMO.
3. Why is promotee IAS officer “Mr. Lakhs” lobbying for appointment of some Dhumal for the post of Weights and Measurement in Shirur, Beed? Apparently the cost of the post is RS.25 lakhs. But apparently Pankaja Munde has dived into the transfer process and favoured some Shivaji Dhakane for the same post. She has also given her recommendation letter, which is also supported by Minister Vishnu Savra. By the way, both Mr. Lakhs and Minister Munde have managed to get CM’s endorsements on the letters for the same post but for different persons. LET’S see whom does Minister Girish Bapat send there. Does he favour bureaucrat Mr. Lakhs or will he respect Pankaja Munde?
4. I have received an information wherein a certain ex-Government employee or a person who has been in Mantralaya for long has written a letter to CM Devendra Fadnavis wherein he has given smallest of small details of biggest liasioners/dalaals of Mantralaya and their modus operandi of working. Currently the letter is in the Home Department and I am following up with the same through RTI. The letter includes names and company details of 22 biggest dalaals of Mantralaya which include one MLC. Also if one Gajanan Patil can bring a powerful Minister like Eknath Khadse down, imagine with 22 liasioners, how many of these ministers/bureaucrats will be in the frame? Apparently, if sources are to be believed a big newspaper was suppose to do this story during the Budget Session, for which CM had given ” We will order inquiry into this” quote over the telephone to this reporter. Don’t know why it never got carried?
5. If my sources in the BMC are correct, the main reason for IAS Dr Chahande to not come to BMC is totally different. It was clear that Chahande wanted to head the portfolio PROJECTS and the certain additional Municipal commissioner, also an IAS occupying the post wasn’t entirely comfortable on leaving projects?? Why so…projects means money right?
6. We are hearing a lot of things as to why IRS Pallavi Darade has been stripped of many portfolios twice in last 18 months? If a top bureaucrat is to be believed, it is simple. No IAS would like that a cadre post is occupied by an IRS. They have their calculations/obligations and so on. BMC is no different. Even after rock solid achievements of Mrs. DARADE, she gets this. Also to make the matters worse, BMC chief Ajoy Mehta stripped Darade of her portfolios when she was on a vacation. Talk about doing it behind the back like a sheep. Also many corporators are behind Darade’s chair because of her strict attitude of non interferences of any corporator wanting to score a tender in the dumping ground. Hence the management.
आज सिनियर मोस्ट पत्रकार “अप्पा” आपला ७५वा वाढदिवस साजरा करत आहेत. मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस या कार्यक्रमाला हजर राहणार आहेत. फोनवर एका जेष्ठ पत्रकार काकांचा मेसेज आला. ११९६ साली अप्पांनी ताताकालीन मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर जोशी यांना आपल्या गावी बोलवून षष्ठयब्धि (६०वी) साजरी केली होती, तर अप्पा आज ८० वर्षांचे असले पाहिजे ना, असा प्रश्न टाकला. मग आज अमृत महोत्सव वर्षानिमित्त कार्यक्रम कसा? मी म्हटलो, त्यांनी नाही हो, त्यांच्या हितचिंतक मित्रांना ते आजहि ५ वर्षे “यंग” वाटत असतील. असो, अप्पा तुम्हाला जोशी कुटुंबीय तर्फे ८१व्या वर्षी प्रादर्पण केल्याबद्दल शुभेच्छा!!
मंत्रालयाच्या ७व्या मजल्यावर मुख्यमंत्री वैदकीय साह्यता निधी असा कक्ष आहे. श्रीमान शेट्ये तिथले बॉस! गरजू, गरीब महाराष्ट्रातून येणाऱ्या शेकडो पीडितांना उपचाराकरिता जर काही निधी/मदतची गरज पडत असेल, तर कोर्पोरेट जगाशी हातमिळवणी करून सरकाराने हा उपक्रम सुरु केला आहे. एकूण कोर्पोरट्स “सीएसआर” या उप्क्रमाखाली पिडीताना मदत केली जाते. पण आपले हपापलेले अधिकारी यातूनहि माया जमा करण्याची संधी सोडत नाहीत. सूत्रानुसार, या संपूर्ण स्कॅम मध्ये आमचे मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयातील एका प्रधान सचिवाचाहि हिस्सा असतो. टीव्ही माध्यमातील एक पत्रकार महाशय सुद्धा यात आहे. मोडस ऑपरेंडी–महाराष्ट्राच्या कानाकोपर्यातून येणाऱ्या गोरगरीबांना उपचार करण्यासाठी पैसे मिळवून देतो, असे आमिष यांची टीम दाखवते. त्यानुसार कागदोपत्रे तयार होतात आणि मदत पोहचवली जाते. मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयातून पत्रे येत असल्यामुळे, कोर्पोरेट तपासणी न करता सरळ मदत त्या पिडीताच्या नावाने चेक काढते. आपले पठ्ठे चेक हातात येताच आपला हिस्सा घेऊन दुसऱ्या गिर्ह्याकाची वाट बघतात. मध्यंतरी ह्याकिंग चे एक प्रकरण याच सातव्या मजल्यावर घडले होते. परंतु एका गरीब आणि सज्जन पाटील नावाच्या बाईचा यात बळी गेला होता. तिची काहीही चूक नसताना, तिला तेथून ठाण्यात मुल विभागात हलवण्यात आले. असे ऐकले आहे, कि या पाटील ताईने सरळ दिल्ली गाठली आहे. आपल्या ३ पानांच्या पत्रात तिने, सरळ पंतप्रधानांकडे या घडत असेलेल्या प्रकाराबद्दल तक्रार नोंदिवली आहे. बघुया आता, काय होते ते?
अरेरे…आपले प्रमोटी सनदी अधिकारी जे “लाखातून एक आहेत” ते शिरूर येथील निरीक्षक, वैधमापनशास्त्र पाटोदा विभाग जि. बीड आपल्या मित्राची वर्णी लागावी असा हट्टच मंत्री गिरीश बापाट यांच्याकडे घेऊन बसले आहेत. मार्केट नुसार या पदाची किंमत सुमारे २५ लाख आहे. मार्केट आहे, लोक कायबी किमती लावतात. लाखातील एक अधिकारी असाच थोडी मंत्रालयात चक्कर मारत बसला आहे. तेही आय ए एस!! म्हणे त्याने या शिफारशी पत्रावर मुख्यमंत्र्यांची सही आणली आहे. आता गम्मत सांगतो. याच पदावर मंत्री पंकजा मुंडे यांनी पण जोर पकडला आहे. त्यांच्या माणसाचे नाव आहे धुमाळ. त्यांनी पण मुख्यमंत्र्यांची सही आणली आहे. त्रासात आहेत , आपले बापट साहेब! इकडे सनदी अधिकारीला नाराज करू शकत नाहीत, आणि तिकडे मुंडे ताई यांच्याशी वैर, सवालही नाही…
मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार एका निवृत्त झालेल्या अधिकार्याने/किवा एका सुजाण माणसाने मंत्रालयात सध्या रान पेटवले आहे. त्याने २२ मंत्रालयातील दलालांची यादीच मुख्यमंत्री यांच्या कार्यालयात सोपवली आहे. मी पाठपुरावा करतच आहे. हे कसे कंत्राटी मिळवतात, यांच्या कोणत्या कंपनीज आहेत, यांचे सगळे नंबर, पत्ते या अधिकारी किवा सुजाण माणसाने पुरावे म्हणून दिले आहेत. त्यात एक आमदाराचे हि नाव असल्याचे समजते. एका इंग्रजी दैनिकाने अगदी उत्सहाने हि बातमी अर्थसंकल्पीय अधिवेशना दरम्यान करण्यास घेतली होती, काय माहिती का ती थांबवली गेली. खुद्द मुख्यमंत्री यांनी त्या पत्राकारला कारवाई करू असे आश्वासन दिले होते. का दाबली गेली एवढी मोठी बातमी, हे आश्चर्यच आहे. जर एक गजानान पाटील खडसे यांना अडचणीत आणू शकतो, तर २२ जणांची माहिती काय काय बाहेर काढेल?
