शरीरसुखाची मागणी करणारा पित्यासमान झाला!!
मुंबई भाजपच्या गुजराथी सेलचे अध्यक्ष भार्गव पटेल अखेर विजयी ठरले. त्यांचे विजयी ठरणे हे अनेकांना आश्चर्य चकित करण्यासारखे असले तरी आम्हाला त्याचे काहीच वाटले नाही. हे संपूर्ण प्रकरण म्हणजे पैसा आणि सत्तेचा उन्माद सुर्यालाही चंद्र सिद्ध करू शकते उदाहरण आहे. तुम्हाला एक सांगतो, भार्गव पटेल हे भाजपचे नेते असतानाच अनेक संस्थेच्या महत्वाच्या पदी ते विर्राजामान आहेत. ते सुप्रसिद्ध जुहु जिमखाना क्लबचे अगदी गेल्या आठवड्यापर्यंत सचिव होते. हो, तोच तो जुहु जिमखाना मध्ये असून त्याच्या मेम्बर्शीप साठी लाखो रुपये मोजावे लागतात. श्री विले पार्ले केलवानी मंडळाच्या व्यवस्थापकीय मंडळात सुद्धा त्यांचा समावेश आहे. या मंडळा मार्फत मुंबईच्या उपनगरात महाविद्यालय, शाळा चालवल्या जातात. स्वर्गीय मुकेश पटेल यांचे बंधू, आमदार आणि माजी मंत्री अमरीश पटेल हे सध्या या मंडळाचे अध्यक्ष आहेत.
मला वाटते या परिचयावरुन भार्गव पटेल यांच्या ओळखीचे, सत्तेचे आणि संपत्तीचे अंदाज वाचकांना आला असेल. तेव्हा तेव्हा लाम्हण न लावता प्रकरणाकडे वळतो. भार्गव पटेल यांना मेसेजिंगचा मोठा शौक आहे. खन्ना बाई (नावात बदल) नावाच्या एका महिले सोबत अश्लील मेसेजिंग करताना पटेल यांनी त्यांच्याकडे शरीरसुखाची मागणी केली. त्यावरून हि महिला भडकली. त्यांनी १५ सप्टेंबर २०१५ रोजी थेट पोलिसात तक्रार केली (त्या तक्रारीचा एफआयआर आमच्याकडे आहे. पुराव्याशिवाय आम्ही कधीही कधीही हात घालत नाही. पटेल यांनी काय जादू केली माहित नाही. पण तीनच दिवसात खन्ना बाईने पोलिस ठाण्यातून आपली तक्रार मागे घेतली. त्याबात स्पष्टीकरण देताना पटेल हे मला पित्यासमान आहेत, असे खन्ना बाईने लेखी दिले. हा बदल अचानक कसा झाला? थांबा घाई करू नका. सर्व सांगतो. वाचत रहा. या मिसेस खन्ना सुद्धा या जुहु जिमखान्याच्या सदस्य आहेत, ज्या जिमखान्याचे भार्गव पटेल काही दिवास आगोदर सचिव होते. ७ जुलै २०१४ रोजी क्लबच्या किड्स प्लेग्राउंडचे सिने अभिनेता ऋतिक रोशनच्या हसते उद्घाटन करण्यात आले. त्या कार्यक्रमाला मिसेस खन्ना सुधा हजर होत्या. त्यांनी ऋतिक सोबत आपले फोटो सुद्धा काढून घेतले. फोटोग्राफरने काढलेले फोटो मिसेस खन्ना यांना हवे असल्याने सहाजिकच त्यांनी क्लबचे सचिव भार्गव पटेल यांच्याशी संपर्क साधला. मिसेस खन्ना सुधा जुहु येथेच राहतात. फोटो व्होट्सअपवरून पाठवण्याचे पटेल यांनी खन्ना यांना सांगितले. त्यामुळे मिसेस खन्ना यांनी पटेल यांना आपला मोबाइल नंबरही दिला. पण पटेल यांच्या मनात काही वेगळेच होते. व्होट्सअपच्या मेसागिंग वरून पटेल यांनी मिसेस खन्ना यांच्याशी बोलणे सुरु केले. पण त्यांच्या मनात काळाभेर होत. ऑक्टोबर २०१४ ते जानेवारी २०१५ पर्यंत मेसेजिंग करताना भार्गव पटेल मिसेस खन्नाकडे शरीरसुखाची मागणी करत होते. (व्होट्सअप मेसेजिंगची प्रतही आमच्याकडे आहे. काय सांगितलं? (पुराव्याशिवाय आम्ही काही लिहीतच नाही). त्यामुळे मिसेस खन्ना गलितगात्र झाल्या. पटेल यांची दहशत निर्माण झाली. त्यामुळे अखेर मिसेस खन्ना यांनी पोलिसांत जाण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. १५ सप्टेंबर रोजी त्या जुहु पोलिस ठाण्यात गेल्या. त्यांनी भार्गव पटेल यांच्या विरोधात रीतसर तक्रार दाखल केली. पटेल हे सातत्याने शारीरिक सुखाची मागणी करत असल्याचे त्यांनी तक्रारीत लिहिले.
पण भार्गव पटेल हि कच्च्या गुरुचे चेले नाहीत. म्हणतात, राजकीय ओळखी आणि पैसा यावेळी त्यांच्या कामी आला. श्री केलवानी मंडळाचे सदस्य भार्गव पटेल हे अमरीश आणि भूपेश या पटेल बंधूंशी जवळीक आहे. राजकीय ओळखी वापरून पटेल यांनी पोलिसांकडून होणारी अटक तसेच त्यांची चौकशी टाळली. त्या दरम्यानच्या काळात भार्गव पटेल हे लीलावती इस्पितळात दाखल झाले आणि त्यांच्यावर प्लास्टि झाल्याचे म्हटले जाते. पण आमच्याकडे याचे ठोस पुरावे नाहीत. दरम्यान, मिसेस खन्ना यांनी पोलिस ठाण्यात केस मागे घेण्याबाबत १८ सप्टेंबर रोजी पत्र लिहिले. या पत्रात लिहिले आहे की, माझ्या मनात संभ्रम निर्माण झाला होता. भार्गव पटेल हे माझ्या पित्यासमान आहेत. हा विनोदच झाला. काही दिवसांपूर्वी एक व्यक्ती मेसेजिंग करताना शरीरसुखाची मागणी करते. त्याची तुम्ही पोलिस ठाण्यात तक्रार करता त्यानंतर ३ दिवसातच ती व्यक्ती तुम्चायासाठी पित्यासमान होते हे पैसा आणि सत्तेच्या उन्मादाचे उदाहरण नाही काय? भार्गव पटेल आणि मंडळातील इतर कोणत्या पटेल यांनी जादू तर नाही केली ना? मिसेस खन्ना यांना पटेल यांनी धमक्या दिल्या का? त्यांना पैसे दिले का? काहीही असू शकते. त्यामुळे आम्ही मिसेस खन्ना यांना भेटण्याचा आम्ही अनेकवेळा प्रयत्न केला पण आम्हाला यश आले नाही. त्यांना आपला मोबाईल नंबर बंद करून ठेवला आहे. पोलीसही म्यानेज झालेत का, हा माझा भाबडा प्रश्न? भार्गव पटेल हे मुंबई भाजपच्या गुजराथी सेलचे अध्यक्ष आहेत. जुहु प्लोइस ठाणे ज्या विभागात येते तेथे गुजराथी समजाचे लोक सर्वाधिक संखेने राहतात. श्री केलवानी मंडळातील पटेल यांच्याकडून पोलिसांना निरोप तर नाही गेला ना? या सरकाराने आम्हाला अच्चे दिनचे आश्वासन दिले. पण पैसा आणि सत्तेपुढे कायदाही लंगडा असतो असे तर हे सरकार दाखवून देत नाही ना? पैसेवाल्यांचे गलिचछ गुन्हेही लपवले जातात का?
अनेक प्रश्नाची उत्तरे सध्या मिळाली नसली तरी भाजपचे राज्याचे अध्यक्ष रावसाहेब दानवे दानवे आणि मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस हे या भार्गव पटेल यांना पाठीशी घालणार का , हा आता मुख्य प्रश्न आहे. या लेखासोबत मी मिसेस खन्ना यांनी भार्गव पटेल यांच्याविरोधात केलेल्या तक्रारीची प्रत आणि मिसेस खन्ना यांनी तक्रार मागे घेताना दिलेल्या अर्जांची प्रत जोडून बड्या नेत्यांकडे पाठवणार आहे. भार्गव पटेल हे जुहु जिमखान्याचे सचिव होते. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच त्यांनी हे पद सोडले. मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार (विरोधक सांगत होते) भार्गव पटेल यांच्या कार्यकाळात जिमखान्यात काही कामे काढण्यात आली. ५ कोटींची असलेली हि कामे अचानक १२ कोटी रुपयापर्यंत गेली. त्याला मान्यता मिळालेली नव्हती. पण जिमखाना क्लबच्या मागे झालेल्या बैठकीत ४५० पानांचा अजेंडा आणि त्या कामांना मान्यता मिळावाण्याचा प्रस्ताव मांड्यात आला. कामे झाल्यावर प्रस्ताव ठेवणे, बापारे…लई भारी पटेल बुवा! हे सगळे पटेल यांच्यावरील राजकीय वर दहास्तामुळे शक्य झाले आहे. आता एकच आहे भाजपकडून पटेल यांच्यावर कारवाई होते का? त्याचे लवकरच मिळेल अशी अपेक्षा करुया.
In an interesting turns of events lately, BJP’s Gujrati Cell President for Mumbai, Bhargav Patel, has emerged as a winner! Yes, winner in true sense, not surprising us, in showcasing how muscle and money power can twist facts, and get it the way you need it . For the curious ones, Bhargav Patel is in fact a BJP functionary. He was the Secretary in the prestigious Juhu Gymkhana Club located at Juhu till about last week, and is also in the Management Committee of the prestigious Shri Vile Parle Kelvani Mandal which runs colleges and schools in the suburban Mumbai. MLA Ambrish Patel, also an ex-Minister, and brother of Mukesh Patel, is currently the President of the famous Shri Vile Parle Kelvani Mandal.
The case is such that there was an FIR (copy with us) filed by a certain Mrs. Khanna (name changed) against Bhargav Patel on the 15th of September of this year with allegations against Bhargav for demanding physical relations with her via chatting on whatsapp. Surprisingly, just after 3 days after the filing of the FIR, the same Mrs. Khanna withdraws her complain and gives a letter to the Police Station saying that Mr. Bhargv Patel is like a father figure to her. Hilarious isn’t it? Now to dig a bit deeper, Mrs. Khanna, also happens to be a member of the same Juhu Gymkhana Club where Bhargav was the Secretary till very recently. It so happened on July 7th of 2014 Club’s Kid Playground was being inaugurated by Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan. Being an ardent fan of the actor, obviously Mrs. Khanna, present for the mega event, clicked a few photographs with the actor. Now, wanting her photos that were taken by the photographer, she contacted the then Club Secretary Bhargav Patel for a copy of photographs. Mind you, Mrs. Khanna is also residing at Juhu, one of the cream areas of Mumbai. Numbers were exchanged on the pretext that the photos will be sent by whatsapp. But Mr. Bhargava had other things in mind. Via whatsapp chatting application, Bhargava Patel started his chats with ill intentions with this lady. From October 2014 to January 2015 the chat turned into cosntant demand of sex (a copy of whatsapp chat available with us) that completely shocked Mrs.Khanna. An FIR was accordingly lodged on the 15th of September 2015 at Juhu Police Station against Bhargav Patel citing closeness and physical relations demand from Mr. Bhargav Patel. A shocked Bhargav Patel, also a member of Shri Vile Parle Kelvani Mandal, and a close associate of Ambrish and Bhupesh Patel, started to pull strings. In the meantime to avoid questioning and arrest, it was alleged that Bhargav Patel also got admitted to Lilavati Hospital and got treated with Angioplasty. Nothing of this was confirmed. Meanwhile, this journalist, along with a Mumbai eveninger were after the story, but none of them could reach Bhargav Patel. I was in middle of this case’s investigation when I was handed over a letter dated 18th September 2015 from Mrs. Khanna addressing to the Police Station, withdrawing her complain. The letter said, that there was confusion in her mind and Mr. Bhargav Patel is like her father figure. I mean, is this a joke? 3 days ago the man demands sex from you, sends you lewd sms’s and in 3 days you call him your father figure. A true case of money and muscle power being used to silence the victim. This is what Bhargav Patel and the other Patel’s from his Mandal could have done. A women who was abused, allegedly forced to keep physcial relations, suddenly in a matter of 3 days withdraws her complain. Why? We tried to reach Mrs. Khanna many times, but all in vain. She has kept her mobile switched off. On the contrary, Were the cops managed, is my next question. Bhargav Patel is BJP’s Mumbai Gujrati President. Juhu Police station falls in this area. An area, with the whose who of all communities reside here. Were the Patels from the Kelvani Mandal involved in managing the cops? Was Mrs. Khanna forced on gunpoint to withdraw her case? The government who promised us “Acche Din” are giving important positions to people who think money and connections can even silence their heinous crimes.
Anyways, some questions will remain unanswered. The onus is now on State President Mr. Danve and CM Devendra Fadnavis as to what to do of this crooked Bhargav Patel. As a responsible journalist, I’m attaching the complains and withdrawal letter and sending it BJP’s top brass. Also, to give a further update on this Bhargav Patel, Mr. Patel has been secretary to this prestigious Juhu Gymkhana for quite sometime. Recently he vacated the post. But if the rumours in the Club are to be believed, quite a lot of works done at the Juhu Gymkhana are dubious. Works that were estimated to be Rs. 5 crore was pegged all of a sudden to Rs. 12 crore, that too with no approvals. In the last Meeting held with the members of the Club, a 450 page agenda was put forth and approvals for the same were sought after the works were completed. No need to tell you, who the main culprit could have been. A small time person, who started with offering jobs to people in the USA, today Bhargav Patel runs a play based on Lord Krishna that he takes to various countries. Efforts have been made to find out the main financer.
