DON’T FORGET TO READ THE GOSSIPS IN THE CORRIDORS OF POWER at the end….
RSS is marking its 100 years and has headquarters in Nagpur. PM Narendra Modi is all set to visit Nagpur on the 30th and very much expected to visit the RSS headquarter. In the middle of this planning, something very disastrous happens. A well organised, well planned riot type situation arises between Hindus and the Muslims in Nagpur in the area which is at stone throw distance from RSS headquarters. Police officers including female officers get attacked. An attack on policemen/policewomen based on some rumours and creating a riot type of situation, I have started to get a feeling that this is just the tip of the iceberg. And if the miscreants have attacked you on your home ground, the Chief Minister who is also the Home Minister, Sir, some heads have to roll, for sure!
Now tell me how many of the senior most IPS officers who are the bosses of Maharashtra police visited Nagpur in the last two to three days to take stock of the situation? It is a big Intelligence failure on part of Maharashtra Police. And what happened is also very BIG. Now somewhere if Muslims are in literal sense have come to this on attacking Hindus in the homeground of the RSS based on rumours, isn’t this to be taken lightly by the Government? Strictest punishment in law should be awarded to those who all are responsible.
I would also like to point a finger at the ELection Commission and its one directive to shift all officials who have completed 2 or 3 years in service from the city. With Nagpur, what has happened, especially with the Police department, is that many of the senior PI’s or PI’s have their own networks with years of service, have been moved out due to this directive. Police often develop their khabri after years of being in one place; and no one passes their contacts. I feel, had the old guys been on duty and not posted outside Nagpur, a lot could have been avoided. Problem is with the entire new set up, it takes years to develop contacts and place moles in dubious areas. Immediate information flow or intelligence gets blocked!
Anyway, somewhere in the afternoon or evening of the fateful day, a photo of Aurangzeb was burnt by a Hindu Karyakarta. Nothing wrong with it. What CM Fadnavis said is true in the House. By the release of this movie “Chhava” a lot of anger has been built against Aurangzeb. But then I loved the stance wherein it was put that the “Kabr” of Aurangzeb is our victory symbol, so why to remove it? But then some souls in Maharashtra want an UP type situation in Maharashtra, but friends, please understand situations in both the states are extremely different.
All said and done, what the Muslims have done in Nagpur, there should be absolutely no lighter punishment for this. And on what basis did the Muslim community attack Hindus and that too policemen and women and torched vehicles? Just on rumours! Time has come now for CM & HM Fadnavis to show them what happens when they rub us on the wrong side. Imagine this has happened right under the nose of RSS HQ, is this the tip of the iceberg? If they can do it in Nagpur, I am scared. What if this is just a trailer or the beginning?
I am told the attack of Muslims was so preplanned that stones were pelted from the top (3rd floor) on policemen and Hindus. There was not a single vehicle or two wheeler which belonged to a Muslim where the cars and bikes were torched. I am also told the PFI (a banned organisation) has again raised its ugly head and is very much active in Maharashtra. What is IB doing? Where is our Hindu savior Raj Thackeray? Not a single comment from his or his party on this? Secondly, where is Uddhav Thackeray and Aaditya?
Time has come for CM Fadnavis to show these 51 who are arrested a bit of UP style of justice. Also, time and again Fadnavis is being tested since the time he has become the Chief Minister. I will only reply to his haters, BRING IT ON, he will defy all your plans…
Few Gossips in the Corridors of Power.
- It was a discussion after this week’s Cabinet meeting wound up and a few officers were sipping their coffee and relaxing. Someone quipped that the current Chief Secretary is all set to be replaced by someone, but not ACS I Q Chahal.Who is that someone, rattle your brains!
- A Minister so frustrated with personal life and professional life that he/she has taken support of the bottle. The drinks (wine) are so much that the next day he or she turns to the office hungover and brain fogged. One day, the Minister called for a file to clear it, and shouted at the staff, but the staff said, it has been lying on your desk for the last 15 days.
- A Dubai based liaisoner who has allegedly left his base in Mumbai breaking away from all kinds of politics and his personal relations with politicians since his name is in every goddamn controversy these days, is active again, this time in Bandra. If sources are to be believed, he has his eyes set on buying a Hospital run by a family trust which has a lot of feuds internally! This hospital is where all the A listed patients right from Bollywood to Politician’s avail services when anything goes wrong, was also recently in the news when an actor was stabbed…Also it is said a lot of black magic happens here on those who are in charge of the hospitals , claimed a presser.
