Bus Yuhi Hi….
Whenever I give you readers any gossip about a politician or a bureaucrat, people are quick to jump to guns in regards to the name. The reason I don’t give names, but make it apparently clear for whom I have written through clues, is because my father has taught me one thing, Vikrant whenever you go to bed just before that think in the entire how many people have you angered, how many have you hurt, or what wrong work have you done in the entire day? The minute answer is ZERO, you will get a sound sleep immediately. Not many know that I sleep at 830/9 pm and I wake up as early as 4 am (except for Friday and Saturday, I am 42 years old and not 62). I do my manifestation, prayers, exercise and do a lot of philosophical readings and of course my writings too…By 8 am I am ready to take on the world.
The reason to tell you all is that yesterday I wrote about a mysterious IPS officer who does not know where to stop. Now if I actually go by my fathers way of thinking, I won’t be able to do MY journalism. So what do I do? I never write the person’s name, but I make sure my blog reaches him. Yes, my work is to let such power HANGRY people know that yes, there is someone who knows what MASK you wear and what is your real face. I don’t hold a grudge, I don’t get angry with the same person all the time. Mistakes happen, sometimes the mistakes are done out of compulsion or pressure from the top (in bureaucrats’ case most of the time). My idea is to just let them know. This IPS who tried to ‘be friendly’ with my sister like a friend, when I told him, he had immediately stopped. He realised that this nature of mine will be exposed and his progress will take a hit…Today he is a very good post only because I feel he must have realised a lot of things.
Now what happens because of my blogs a lot of name calling happens and in this free world of gossip, they add fuel to the fire. Jealous colleagues, juniors , and sometimes seniors take the opportunity to deliberately spread wrong names of people who are on their hate and hit list. People whose name is wrongly gossiped about, get wrongly and unjustly maligned. Like yesterday on my Facebook post someone mentioned it must be ‘Maval Encounter person’. I immediately clarified in my reply – 2000% it is NOT him.
Today I will write about a few good IPS officers who really are diligent in their duties and not only they are loyal to the Government in power, but also to the uniform they wear. See, if you tell me Vikrant you spoke about XYZee officer but I know he is corrupt, I will tell them, can they function in the system without it? No..It is a very normal norm today in our society, which is an unfortunate fact that we have to live with. I know Anjali Damania will hate me for openly accepting this norm. But even she understands.
Yes, there are officers like Rashmi Shukla, Sanjay Saxena, Sanjeev Singhal, Sadanand Date, Ashutosh Dumbare, Nikhil Gupta, Shirish Jain, Milind Bharambe, Niket Kaushik, Ravindra Singhal, Sandeep Karnik, Lakhmi Gautam, Nishith Mishra, Satyanaryan Chowdhary, Anil Kumbhare, Shailesh Balkawade Virendra Mishra, CK Meena, Abhishek Trimukhe, Vinoy Choubey, Niyati Thacker Dave, Datta Nalawade, Paramjeet Singh Dahiya, Abhinav Deshmukh, Shashi Kumar Meena, Anil Paraskar, Dixit Gedam, Basavraj Teli, Pravin Padwal, Vinita Sahoo, Aarti Singh, Mokshada Patil and many more CP’s Addl CP’s, DCP’s, SP’s to name a few too who are a cut above rest. You might do the name calling too but for them honesty and service to the nation is highest. But they aren’t typical like Tukaram too, who will not follow CM’s orders too. For them, the boss’s instruction is first and the last.
Then the others who need a special mention are the likes of Sandeep Karnik who is Nashik CP who was recently publicly praised by the Chief Minister for his good work and now even the opposition in the likes of Sanjay Raut just yesterday praised him for taking action on criminals in both the ruling and opposition parties . This Nashik policing pattern is being replicated in other police units to counter rising crime. This is a big thing.
Most of them mentioned and those who haven’t been mentioned above are my personal friends. I have known the families too for a long time. Even if I get to hear something about them, I will confirm the news from both sides and then only will write. Yet they are my friends today. Problem is, you know what, some time ago, a person named Param Bir Singh retired as Mumbai Commissioner. He was a daredevil and never belonged to any camp in IPS which was a norm that time. Param Bir was and is a daredevil and believed in Ekla Chalo Re…Many people in the current scenario want to become Param Bir in the sense a daredevil, but they lack many qualities which Param Bir had. He was Yaaron Ka Yaar…And here these so-called followers of footsteps, don’t think twice to backstab their own IPS batch mates and the ones who have helped them. I had tremendous respect for ex Mumbai CP Phansalkar and Barve saab too.
But then you need an officer who will do anything for you, if you are his boss. In my books, the name is Deven Bharti who is the current Mumbai CP. I feel every politician should have a bureaucrat like him with him. It was unfortunate that the Uddhav Thackeray Government did not realise the importance of this man.
