Ravi Rana Ye Tune Kya Kiya?
In literal words, Mr. Rana what have you done? The internet is full of pictures of the bonhomie between you and Sena MP Sanjay Raut on the occasion of visit to Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir as part of the Parliamentary Standing Committees, to review the working of Government Departments. Every BJP Karyakarta from top to bottom are in a rage! But my question is you are an MLA right? I might be wrong, but what were you doing there in Leh as I think it was meant for the MP’s right? Your wife Navneet Rana is a MP right? Or here also, as heard in earlier days when you picked up some Shetty’s bags (many Ias tell me) you were there to carry her purses? No, it has not gone down with the BJP and high command. Is this the reason of your ‘known behaviour and your known past’ that in spite of you and your wife being heckled by the MVA government and put behind bars, HM Amit Shah or PM Modi didn’t even give you one single minute? Mr. & Mrs. Rana both of you have wronged big time. You have hurt the BJP. Just see the reactions on social media yourself and find out. For those who are unknown the Amravati constituency which is a very tricky seat for both MP and MLA, Rana’s knew that without able support from all parties, it was impossible for them to win from there henceforth, that might be the reason Rana and Raut must have displayed amicable relationship, as both husband and wife are too ambitious. In Amravati, you cannot win if you are SO MUCH Hindu! Just remembered one quote from Abraham Lincoln. “You can fool some people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time” Mr. Rana appearing with Sanjay Raut in photos was not your first mistake, by the way! Your first mistake was when your wife MP Navneet Rana cried when she was getting treated at Lilavati Hospital after coming out of the jail. Yours was a master stroke when you left prison and sat in your car and read Hanuman Chailsa (I don’t know if it was for TV ops) but crying of your wife and that too getting caught on camera, was a big mistake. Here in the MVA every minister laughed, it was heard in corridors, howsoever these BJP guys create a scene, just few days in jail, these people get scared and go on a Blackfoot. At least you could have asked ME for how to gain maximum out of this publicity stunt, I would have advised you better. Now, whatever fame you had acquired overnight has all gone down the drain.
Really I feel instead of people like you, Prasad Lad, Ram Kadam, Parag Shah, Ranjit Patil, Girish Bapat, Ram Shinde, Vikhe Patil’s, Mohite Patil, Lonikar, Vidya Thakur, Vijay Deshmukh, Parinay Fuke, Madan Yeravar, and Ravindra Chavan (most of them were in Devendra Fadnavis’s Cabinet, yes they were Cabinet Ministers) should really make way for other people. As when the testing times came, and when BJP Maharashtra required you people to be aggressive and exposing the MVA left, right & centre, all of you have just have magically disappeared. Really I strongly feel now BJP Maharashtra should really give chances to people who are ready to get beaten up, go to jail happily, calling spade a spade, fight for their cause and be a martyr for their party. You know who is fulfilling this role you 90 odd silent MLA’s & most of the MP’s? The Social Media warriors!!! I can name so many who are freaking directly attacking the MVA government without caring even 1 hoot of what happens to them. Most of them are self sufficient. Sameet Thakkar, Sunaina Holey, Ved Kumar, Vijay Tiwalkar to name a few, take a cue from them you ‘opportunists’ BJP so called MLA’s, MP’s and even Corporators. They don’t have any expectations. Read what they write! Remember alone Devendra Fadnavis cannot win the battle. He needs a team and a strong one. Just because Darekar moves around with him, it does not make him a warrior, Hussh!
Anyway, everyone seems to be on a comprising mode. In Mumbai when Fadnavis is creating havoc, apart from Rane’s (all 3), Ashish Shelar, Atul Bhatkalkar, Mohit Kamboj, Kirit Somaiya, Ameet Satam who has come ahead and fought? Tell me. Every Lad and Kadam are busy maintaining peace with other political parties as they have business interests with the rest. When Fadnavis shouted on top of his voice in regard to the corruption in the school education department of the BMC, he forgot one of his loyal’s company is the one who has maximum contracts. Really, BJP whosoever takes decision in your party, really at least appreciate efforts of people like Mohit and Kirit who are fighting without getting sacred or compromised. In all, now that Rajya Sabha elections are coming, with all due respect to Vinay Sahastrabuddhe, his term is getting over, why does BJP need to repeat him? In last 2.5 years of MVA, what are the issues Mr. Sahastrabuddhe has raised? In stead send a person like Kirit there. He needs that respect and post, and deserves it. People in the BJP will only get motivated, if the right candidate is an MP, MLA, Leader of Opposition (don’t ask-can write a series on LoP of Upper House) and even Corporator. By the way, do you even know, your party’s best read and spoken and learned leader Madhav Bhandari is not keeping very well. He has been sidelined. I know why it was done, but can’t a leader or even MLA visit his home and comfort him, after all guys he has fought for you all these years, right? Enough of should we stand behind Devendra Fadnavis or not? Let even Delhi know that BJP Maharashtra is united and their sole leader as of now is only Devendra Fadnavis. Then only they will listen, which I feel is falling on deaf ears!!
