18 police officers ‘Ke lag Gaye’
I am sure many of you have received the news circulating on WhatsApp about the names of 18 police officers who had approached a certain Mahadev Ingle, a dalaal, to get postings of their choice. It was an exercise then SIT boss Rashmi Shukla had undertaken and had submitted a detailed report to then DG Subodh Jaiswal, and later to HM Anil Deshmukh. Subodh Jaiswal later opted out for Central deputation, so did Rashmi Shukla and then HM Anil Deshmukh went in all kinds of trouble. Being curious me, I dialled few of my contacts in the police department and used my common sense to find out as to why the report leaked in the first place and was also looking for few answers to many other questions that were buzzing in my head. Conclusion of the discussion was as follows: The names that have been ‘exposed’ all are the officers whom ‘Gangs Of Wassepur’ hated. OK those who don’t know, there are certain officers who are Kayasta’s and they have been the ‘Karta-Dharta’ of IPS since years. Be it anything, they decide everything! Usually in IPS it is Kayasta’s v/s ALL war all the time in the IPS. Anyway, go through the list and observe yourself and those into this, will understand in a fraction of second why only few of them were targeted. Anyway, Shukla did her job that was given to her , but my dear readers, are you that naive to know that ‘dalaal’s’ don’t exists or what? Don’t police officers lobby for postings ? It is going on since years, friends, both in IAS & in IPS! Nothing is new. You tell me the officers who were in good-books of Gangs of Wassepur officers, were they given postings on their merit and capability? But one thing is there. These 18 officers or whosoever Shukla has named, mostly Marathi officers & few ‘honest Kayasta’s’, all the best to them as another set of inquiries and home visits are unavoidable. As written in the past, the motivation to work and no one ready to act as a father figure or pillar of support to any IPS or normal constable, has crippled the zeal and the very existence of the police force of entire Maharashtra.
Nana Patole Chale Pune….
Ok observe. Do you know that in the past one month or so Congress State President Nana Patole is going to Pune very regularly. Thrice toh I remember! Hilarious part is, if in the morning Nana is in Pune, Baba (Prithviraj Chavan) reaches Pune that same evening and takes press or meets party functionaries 😂
No it isn’t pre-decided by any of them. But whenever Nana is in Pune, Baba comes all the way from Karad, fighting the landslide, traffic, rains, potholes, and makes a public appearance only at Pune, please note! Reason as to why Baba comes to Pune is simple-he certainly wants to contest MP elections of 2024 from Pune and that’s his sole agenda left now and he does not want any new competition in Nana. But now Baba please relax. Nana ain’t coming to build a more stronger base for Congress or for a tea at Anand Gadgil’s house. He comes to Pune as his daughter is married there and they are saying, Nana want’s to create an impression (like how Marathi hero’s try to impress us) in front of the boy’s family that how is he in-charge! A typical scene where you have to impress your son-in-law and his parents. Believe me nothing else! Baba please take it easy and breathe now ☺️.
Who is that IAS officer?
Bogged down by the depressing scene happening around due to the pandemic, many losing jobs, revenue of the state getting dropped at a faster rate, a brave IAS officer decided on his own to write CM a letter. Letter contained a detailed easing up lockdown plans and many bother technical things. This letter, since this IAS is at the helm of pandemic ‘relief’, somehow managed to grab CM’s appointment and presented a solution on easing the lockdown norms and the reasons with it. Guess what CM did? CM zhapoed the senior IAS officer and said he does not understand anything. Now this IAS officer, whom we had almost lost due to Corona, was left red faced. To top that, what I have heard is that CM called CS and asked him to zhap this IAS officer again ‘for going out of the way and thinking what best is the way out for everyone’. CS did that (with a heavy heart), and later presented the IAS officer in front of CM and that cute looking (yes he still is very cute) was made to apologise to the CM for thinking betterment of Maharashtra. Sigh !
Worli ka Vaibhav
So do you know be it any corporator, Shakha-Pramukh or Vibhaag-pramukh or any Shivsena office bearer or even general public of the constituency of Minister Aditya Thackeray, no one can approach him directly. Just few days ago, happen to be at Shivalay at town, and saw a lot of Worli people outside. There was only one person in the inside cabin. Curious me asked few around and they said, we have to meet our local MLA through this person now! He was the one who was deciding who can meet, which matter to be raised of the constituency and who cannot be met. I was so happy to know it was a young journalist who was the authority inside the cabin. Friends, believe me I was happy! Finally a Journalist apart from any ‘Bhai’ of Print or that ugly Uday of TV makes his way to the top in Sena. Channel or no channel, this channel is set my Journalist friend. I am really happy for you, dear!
