पत्रकार यदु जोशी जिंकले, आमदार रमेश कदम हरले !!

सुरु असलेल्या पावसाळी अधिवेशनाच्या तिसर्‍या दिवशी  विरोधी पक्ष विधानभवनाच्या पायर्‍यांकर बसून सरकारविरोधी घोषणा  देत होते. जेव्हा सभागृहाचे कामकाज सुरू झाले, राष्ट्रवादी कॉंग्रेसचे गट नेते जयंत पाटील यांनी नियम ५७ अंतर्गत सभागृहात बोलायला सुरवात केली. गिरणी कामगारांचा मोर्चा विधान भवनाकडे येत असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. घरांच्या मागणीसाठी गिरणी कामगारांनी मोर्चा काढला होता. मंत्री एकनाथ खडसे आणि प्रकाश मेहतांनी या गंभीर मुद्द्याकर मुख्यमंत्री उत्तर देतील असे सांगूनही विरोधकांनी गोंधळ घातला. त्या दिवशी मुख्यमंत्री दिल्लीला असल्याने उत्तर देणे, किवा निवेदन करणे शक्य नव्हते. त्यामुळे सभागृहाचे कामकाज अध्यक्षांना तिनदा तहकूब करावे लागले. विरोधकांनी लगेचच सभात्याग केला. विरोधी पक्ष जेव्हा जायला निघाले, त्याच दरम्यानच्या काळात बुलढाणा जिल्ह्यातील जळगाव जामोद या तालुक्याचे, भाजप आमदार डॉ. संजय कुटे हे, राष्ट्रवादीचे आमदार रमेश कदम यांच्या अटकेची मागणी करायला लागले. अण्णाभाऊ साठे महामंडळात झालेल्या भ्रष्टाचाराप्रकरणी कदम यांना तुरुंगात टाकण्याची मागणी डॉ. कुटे यांनी लावून  धरली होती. विरोधकांनी

सभात्याग केल्यानंतर महसूलमंत्री एकनाथ खडसे यांनी हा मुद्दा हाती घेतला. अण्णाभाऊ साठे महामंडळात २०० कोटी रुपयांचा गैरव्यकहार झाल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितलं. या प्रकरणाची लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभाग किंवा सीआयडीमार्फत चौकशी करण्याची मागणी खडसेंनी सभागृहात केली. विरोधी पक्ष शेतकर्‍यांच्या कर्जमाफीसाठी सातत्याने सभात्याग करत आहे. पण अशाप्रकारे सरकारच्या रक्कमेकर सातत्याने दरोडे पडायला लागले तर कर्जमाफीसाठी सरकार पैसे कोठून आणणार, असा चिमटा खडसे यांनी काढला.

आता वाचकांना असा प्रश्‍न पडला असेल की, आमदार डॉ. कुटे यांनी एक घोषणा, मागणी केली आणि हा विषय थेट लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक खात्याची चौकशीपर्यन्त कसा गेला? सांगतो. दैनिक लोकमतचे पत्रकार यदू जोशी महामंडळाबाबत गेला महिनाभर सातत्याने फ्रंट पेज बातम्या देत होते. यदू जोशी हे डॉ. कुटे यांच्या गावाततलेच आहेत. यदू जोशी भाजपचे बडे आणि वरिष्ठ नेते नितीन गडकरी यांच्या जवळचे मानले जातात. विधानसभा निकडणुकीत जामोद मतदार संघातून यदू जोशी यांनीच डॉ. कुटे यांना आमदारकीचे तिकीट मिळकून देण्यात मुख्य भूमिका बजाकली असे म्हटले जाते. त्यामुळे डॉ. कुटे हे यदू जोशींच्या एकदम क्लोज. यदू जोशी यांनी लोकमतमधून रमेश कदम यांचे सातत्याने वस्त्रहरण केले असल्यामुळे, जोशी यांनीच हे प्रकरण सभागृहात मांडण्याचा आग्रह डॉ. कुटे यांच्याकडे धरला असणार. अर्थात त्यात चूक काहीच नाही. भ्रष्टाचार जर झाला असेल, तर त्यांना अटक करून तुरुंगातच डांबले पाहिजे. एखाद्या पत्रकाराला आपल्या स्टोरीचा शेवट कशाप्रकारे हवा  हे त्याने ठरकले तर तो काय करू शकतो याचं हे उत्तम उदाहरण आहे. आमदार रमेश कदम यांच्या विरोधात एफआयआर दाखल करण्यात आला. त्यांच्या बहिणीला अटक झाली. रमेश कदम फरार आहेत. त्यांना मागच्याच आठवड्यात अटक झाल्याची बातमी आहे.

  सुदैवाने दुसर्‍याच दिवशी डॉ. कुटे मला मुख्यमंत्र्यांच्या कॅबिनबाहेर भेटले. त्यांना विचारले असता ते म्हणाले की यदू जोशीने मला हा मुद्दा सभागृहात उपस्थित करण्यास सांगितले नाही. भाजपच्या महाराष्ट्र पक्षप्रमुखांकडून तो उपस्थित करण्याचे आदेश आले.  अहो, डॉक्टर, आम्ही तुमच्याकर विश्वास ठेकायचा का ? नाही….पण यदूकाका वेल डन!  या स्टोरीमुळे तुम्हाला पारितोषिक मिळेलच, अशी प्राथना करतो, जी तुमची सुप्त इच्छा देखील असते. माझ्यामते सकाळचा पत्रकार ज्याने अरुण शानबागवर बलात्कार करणार्‍या बाबूलालला जसे शोधून काढले, तशीच ही स्टोरी आहे. त्याच जिद्दीने यदु जोशीने सुद्धा रमेश कदमने केलेल्या भ्रष्टाचारचा  सतत पाठपुरवठा करून प्रकरण ” तडीस ”  नेले!

 On the third day of the ongoing Monsoon Session, Opposition Parties have been demonstrating regular protests by sitting in the veranda of the Vidhan Bhavan and chanting anti-government slogans. But on third day when the house began, under section 57 NCP’s group leader Jayant Patil drew everyone’s attention on the morcha of Mill Workers that was heading towards the Vidhan Bhavan, for their long pending demand of homes, promised by the Government. In spite of Minister Eknath Khadse and Minister Prakash Mehta ensuring CM’s attention on this serious issue, opposition continued to create ruckus. Ultimately after the house was adjourned thrice, opposition staged a walk out. But during this period, BJP MLA Dr. Sanjay Kute from Jalgaon Jamod, Buldhana District, was continuously demanding arrests of NCP’s MLA Ramesh Kadam in regard to alleged corruption in the Anna Bhau Sathe Corporation. Out of nowhere these slogans began in the house as Opposition staged walk-out. After the opposition walked out, Revenue Minister Eknath Khadse took on this irregularities in Anna Bhau Sathe Corporation and spoke about the scam being in tune of nearly 200 crores. Khadse demanded enquiry through Anti Corruption Bureau or the Central Investigation Department (CID) in this multi crore scam. He also alleged, that the basis of Opposition’s continuous walkouts is based on loan waiver of the farmers, but if people continue to siphoned government funds worth hundreds of crores like this, from where will the Government have the money to waiver off the loans of farmers, even if they intend to?  

But readers, now will give you the background as to why and how this Annabhau Sathe episode began with a mere slogan from MLA Kute and turned upside down by demanding inquiry through ACB. If you recollect “Daily Lokmat”s Yadu Joshi since last fortnight had been publishing stories on this Corporation. Now, those who don’t know, journalist Yadu Joshi belongs to the same village that of MLA Sanjay Kute. Yadu Joshi has been termed a close confidante of BJP’s heavy weight Nitin Gadkari. During ticket distribution for MLA candidate selection from Taluka Jalgaon Jamod, Buldhana District, it was Yadu Joshi who had played an important role in getting Dr. Kute ticket for MLA for the very first time. So it is obvious that Dr. Kute is obliged to Joshi for everything now. And since, Yadu Joshi through Lokmat is exposing Ramesh Kadam, am sure, it is Yadu Joshi who has “asked” Dr. Sanjay Kute to raise this issue in the Assembly. Nothing wrong with it, if proved, Ramesh Kadam should be punished, put behind the bars, but friends, wanted to show you how a Journalists, if he wants a logical ending to the story gets his way out. A FIR was been filed against MLA Ramesh Kadam and his sister was arrested. Ramesh Kadam is still absconding. Fortunately next very day I met MLA Dr. Sanjay Kute outside CM’s cabin and made him aware of his actions on the floor. He quickly denied any  of Yadu Joshi’s involvement and told me that to raise the issue of MLA Ramesh Kadam, were direct orders from the party head’s of Maharashtra. Are we believing you Mr. Kute? No….The journalist who from nowhere found Babulal, the person who had raped Aruna Shanbaug,
