1. Uddhav begins talks with MNS on seat adjustment
Since the day the alliance between Shivsena & BJP is broken, one news in the corner of Dadar is doing rounds that of a possibility of alliance between the MNS & Shivsena. Bala Nandgaonkar the MNS functionary is the deal maker as per various reports published. But will Shivsena risk the ire of BJP & go in with alliance with MNS, and that too openly? I have my doubts. If there is anything of that sort happening and both estranged brothers try & come together it will be purely on “OFF THE RECORD’ basis. A silent alliance. BJP’s 60 seats will be offered to the MNS if the alliance takes place. On the other hand, if and when this alliance happens the only person to be disturbed & feel humiliated will be the “shivsainik”. Uddhav Thackrey himself tweeted about no discussion with MNS yesterday. But looking at the ongoing scenario of changing stands nothing seems to be permanent in Mumbai’s politics. It happens to be a far fetched situation. Many people are of the view that SS will come out of the government after the BMC results. My views NO. Shivsena will emerge as No 1 in Mumbai & Thane in the BMC post elections and at the most, they will surely “blackmail” the BJP for the creation of DCM post or 2 or 3 fat portfolios for their Ministers. None of the two want mid-term elections. Again as per reports, CM Fadnavis is holding on to a lot of cards near his chest which he might open if the alliance breaks. Major one being why SS had taken a sudden u turn on their demonetisation stand. At the most, in worst case scenario, even if SS breaks the alliance, CM Fadnavis will be adjusted in Delhi & Nitin Gadkari will handle the situation here and form the same government. Sharad Pawar in Pune & Kolhapur has not totally quashed out chances of backing BJP if the government falls. Don’t take it otherwise. This announcement of Pawar is surely to stop his MLA’s from switching camps. PM Modi has an hawk’s eye on the upcoming Mumbai election. The mood will be set for the upcoming elections in 5 other states.

दादरच्या एका कोपऱ्यात शिवसेना आणि मनसे यांच्या मध्ये युती होणार असे ऐकत आहे. मनसे नेते बाळा नांदगावकर हे या युतीसाठी मध्यस्ती करत आहे असे वेगवेगळ्या माध्यमातून छापून आलेच आहे. मला मात्र हे काही उमगले नाही. का मात्र शिवसेना मनसेशी युती करावी? हा शिवसैनिकांवर अन्याय नाही का? आजन्म राज आणि उद्धव एकत्र येणार नाहीत, अशी समजूत माझी एका जेष्ठ सेनेच्या मंत्र्याने घातली होती. म्हणून असे घडतांना सध्या तरी दिसत नाहीय. उद्या जरी हे दोन्ही पक्ष एकत्र आलेत तर हि युती छुपी होणार; भाजपच्या वाटचे ६० सीटची “औकात” मनसेला दिली जाईल. “असे काही होणार नाही आणि मनसे बरोबर कोणत्याही चर्चा सुरु नाहीत”, असे खुद्द उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी काल ट्विट केले. पण आजच्या क्षणाला कोण काय करेल आणि नेमके कोण काय साध्य करून घेईल याची कोणालाच काही कल्पना नाही. सगळे आप-आपले तर्क लावत आहेत. पर्वा एक मित्र म्हणाला कि सेना मनपा निवडणुकीनंतर पाठिंबा काढून सरकार पडणार. मला नाही वाटत. हा वाद एवढ्या टोकाला नाही जाणार. लोकच असे म्हणतात कि मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी स्वतः जवळ असे काही कार्ड्स ठेवले आहेत, जर ते त्यांनी उघडले तर खूप काही गोष्टींचा खुलासा होण्याची शक्यता आहे. खास करून नोटबंदीवर शिवसेने आपली भूमिका अगदी १० दिवसात का बरं बदली? अशी काही प्रकरणे! बघूया येत्या दिवसात मुंबई मध्ये काय होत ते… जर अगदीच सेनेने पाठिंबा काढला, तर सरळ देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांना दिल्लीला पाठवले जाईल आणि नितीन गडकरी इथे येऊन हीच सरकार पुन्हा स्थापन करतील…. वेळ पडलीच तर… तिकडे शरद पवार यांनी पुणे आणि कोल्हापूर मध्ये आमचा पाठिंबा द्यायचा कि नाही हा आम्ही त्यावेळी विचार करू, असे सांगितले. डोन्ट टेक इट सिरीअसली, आमदार फुटतील या भितीवरून पवार असे बोलले, असेही काही लोक म्हणतात!

आजचे यदु (काका) जोशींचे लोकमत मध्ये संपादकीय वाचले. जर वेळ मिळाला तर बाबांचे (पत्रकार हेमंत जोशी) , माझा चुलत भाऊ विशाल राजे आणि माझे पर्वाचे फेसबुक उघूडन बघा, आणि मग हा संपादकीय वाचा… इकडून तिकडून आमचेच शब्द तुम्हाला या संपादकीय मध्ये सापडतील… यदुकाका बसक्या !!
