1. Housing min OKs windfall SRA proposal for builder-The Times of India
Front Page story! Lovely exposure, and a must read !! Have time & again written how Prakash Mehta has has gone overboard with his decisions whilst making himself rich…As per what information I possess, there are about 137 files which I think are scrutinised on suspicion grounds for the role retired SRA CEO Vishwas Patil played along with his Cabinet Minister of Housing…Wont be surprised if & when MoS Ravindra Waikar will also be in the net…Anyway, this MP Mill compound file at Tardeo (in todays TOI) is one of those 137 files…Don’t be shocked if slowly & steadily all the 137 files stories appear in the papers. The builder in question here is SD Corporation. S stands for Shapoorji Pallonji & D stands for Dilip Thakkar…Before Ajoy Mehta become the Municipal Commissioner, Dilip Thakkar had made BMC Commissioner’s office his second home..I’m waiting for someone to expose this Dilip Thhakar who comes in a Rolls Royce and can throw “n” amount of money who are willing to accept it for his work to be done…Kandivali East Samta Nagar is the perfect example of a redevelopment project gone awry…The person who will expose it will be dealt in a severe way…Many liaisioners including a son-in-law of a former MLA had to face dire consequences when he ONLY thought of backing out…They say the whole project of Samta Nagar has been done by SD Corporation in partnership with all the black money an EX CM rotated via this son-in-law of an ex MLA..This Ex-CM who always would smile & work, died a very painful death…
2. Mumbai-Nagpur highway: Probe land grab in Thane, says activist–Hindustan Times
This Baban Harne has become an activist all of a sudden. Good for him…First Mumbai Mirror & then read about him in India Today…he has all the information of all the bureaucrats who have grabbed quite a lot of land banks in and around Thane…Today Harne has claimed that a relative of an officer in the CMO along with 6 other officers have bought land in violation of the Maharashtra Agriculture Land Ceiling Act, 1961…I know who this relative is…If you want to know, you will have to treat me with a “Piyush” at Aswad…
